Problem Solving

Thorough Needs-oriented R&D to Create

Originality Through Needs-Oriented R&D

Our chemical engineers are always on the lookout for new technologies to solve the ever-changing demands of our customers. Our database of what we call "Elemental Technologies" contains a wealth of carefully curated knowledge gathered from a diverse array of sources, including TV, newspapers and magazines, trade exhibitions, internet research, and visits to laboratories and manufacturers.

At the same time, our sales staff are seeking companies in need of solutions. When a challenge is presented to us, our chemical engineers combine our unique compounding techniques with our database of technical knowledge to provide a wholly unique product. This is how we develop all of our products ー they're 100% designed to fit a specific customer need.

Often, we're presented with challenges which our competitors can't solve. We think outside the box and strive to explore every possible avenue, analyzing hundreds of combinations of chemicals to arrive at the optimal solution. Pursuing that sense of accomplishment that goes hand in hand with discovery is what motivates our engineers.

Production Engineering (Mechanical & Electrical)

Production Engineering (Mechanical & Electrical)

Bringing prototypes to mass production
Finding methods to mass producing custom products will result in many missteps, but every failure is an important step towards success.

The production engineering department, comprised of both mechanical and electrical engineers, prepares the necessary apparatuses for mass production envisioned by the chemical engineers. Due to the custom nature of each product, it's difficult to rely on past precedents or apply previously used technology. Production engineers use their skills and knowledge to allow components to be made in a scalable, efficient, and cost-effective manner.

There are also practical restrictions to consider, such as the actual size of the installation within a factory, and workflows that guarantee the safety of the workers. Production engineers tackle one challenging task after another on tight deadlines.

However, the greatest appeal of engineering, after all, is the opportunity to craft the entire process from start to finish. From designing new equipment, to in-house fabrication or ordering parts from external suppliers, to installation and adjustment, and of course daily maintenance, it really is a marathon in patience and ingenuity. When that first mass produced item finally rolls off the line, the feeling of satisfaction our engineers experience is irreplaceable.
